This academic project, consists of an album dedicated to the portuguese band Xutos e Pontapés, celebrating 45 years of their career, including their greatest hits and memories.

 

For its design, I drew inspiration from traditional photo albums, which were printed and often used tracing paper to protect the glued images. In the digital age we live in, these objects have become almost relics, acquiring a special meaning and greater emotional weight.

Instead of opting for the conventional CD format, I chose to work with vinyl. In the booklet, I recreated the aesthetic of a photo album, incorporating tracing paper and "polaroid"-style images, evoking a nostalgic feeling and a unique visual presentation.
